摘要
通过分析 WTO对中国电信产业挑战与机遇 ,说明 WTO给中国电信产业带来的挑战大于机遇 ,中国电信产业必须加大改革的深度和广度 .借鉴其他国家电信产业加入 WTO前后的改革策略 ,分析当前中国电信产业的竞争格局 ,力图提出一些切实可行的建议 ,为中国电信产业改革出谋划策 .
The challenge and opportunity that WTO brings to the telecommunication estate of China is analysed. WTO gives us information that the opportunity is not more than the challenge for the telecommunication estate of China. It is imperative to strengthen the depth and scope in reform for the telecommunication estate of China. We can use the strategic reform in the telecommunication estate of other country for reference. The competitive structure in the telecommunication estate of China is analysed. We put forward a practical proposal. We give counsel for reform in the telecommunication estate of China.
