摘要
增加群众体育锻炼设施是《全民健身计划》的一个重要内容 .健身路径在我国的兴起是方便引导健康观念的具体表现 .中年人如何注意防病保健的意识 ,如何利用身边的健身路径保健自我 ,对部分运动处方提出一些看法 .
One of the most important contents for \!the Mass Keep\|fit Planning' is to increase the facilities for the mass sports training .The rise of various body\|building ways and means in China makes it more convenient for the masses to do exercises, and leads them to build their health sense. The present thesis presents some of the authors views on the Keep\|fit exercise ways for the middle\|aged as how to prevent diseases aned build up their health ,and how to utilize various means and facilities at hand for the purpose of health protection.
