随着我国加入WTO,我国的经济建设面临着新情况,也给各级领导干部的素质提出了 更高要求。因此,领导干部必须强化全局、未来、开放、民主、创新、法制、人才等现代意识。
With the entering of China into the WTO,China encounters new problems in economic construction,which have required the improvement of quality of leaders at different levels. There fore, the sense of modernity in terms of the overall, future, opening to the outside world,democracy,innovation-making,legal system and qualified personnal has to be strengthened.
