摘要
为准确、可靠地检测塑胶跑道面层中游离TDI的含量,本文对《室内装饰装修材料胶粘剂中有害物质限量》(GB 18583—2008)附录D中的气相色谱测定条件进行优化完善。试验发现采用石英毛细管色谱柱HP-5和乙酸乙酯溶剂对TDI以及苯、甲苯、二甲苯等塑胶跑道面层中常见的有害物质分离效果最为理想。本文研究了塑胶跑道面层样品的前处理方法,同时比较了内标和外标两种定量法对样品测定的影响。在TDI质量浓度5μg/m L^100μg/m L的线性范围内,两种定量方法的检出限均为0.1μg/m L;内标法的线性相关系数r=0.9998,加标回收率为92%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%~2.9%;外标法的线性相关系数r=0.9996,加标回收率为90%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~3.4%。结果表明两种定量方法均能满足塑胶跑道面层较低浓度TDI的检测需求,其中内标法的线性、回收率以及精密度更优。
In order to detect the content of free toluene diisocyanate in synthetic materials sports field surface accurately and reliably,the detection method of Appendix D specified in national standard 《Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials-limit of harmful substances of adhesives》( GB 18583—2008) is optimized and improved.The experiments indicate that Quartz capillary column HP-5 and ethyl acetate solvent have better isolation effect not only for toluene diisocyanate but also for benzene,methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene which are normally existed in synthetic materials sports field surface. The pretreatment method of synthetic materials sports field surface sample is studied,and differences between internal standard method( ISTD) and external standard method( ESTD) are compared. In the Linear range of TDI concentration from 5 μg/m L ~ 100 μg/m L,the detection limit of both quantitative methods is 0. 1 μg/m L; the linearity of ISTD is 0. 9998,the recovery rare is 92% ~ 102%,and the relative standard derivation is 1. 6% ~ 2. 9%; the linearity of ESTD is 0. 9996,the recovery rate is 90% ~105%,and the relative standard derivation is 1. 8% ~ 3. 4%. The experimental results show that both quantitative methods can meet the detection requirements for lower concentration TDI detection in synthetic materials sports field surface. However,it is noticed that ISTD have better linearity,recovery rate and precision.
