摘要
丙烯精馏塔是乙烯裂解装置及甲醇制烯烃/丙烯等装置(MTO/MTP)的重要塔器,是分离丙烯与丙烷得到聚合级丙烯的最终分离设备。介绍了一种新型塔压控制方法,并阐述其运用中存在的一些问题,同时介绍了热旁路塔压控制方法的原理和特点,比较了2种控制方式的优缺点,提出新型塔压控制方法虽可以实现精馏塔压的控制,但仍存在很多弊端,生产中需慎重选择该塔压控制方式。
Propylene fractionator is the important fractionator for ethylene cracking plant and methanol-to-olefin/propylene plants(MTO/MTP), is the final separation apparatu that separates propylene and propane to give polymer-grade propylene. A new pressure control method of the propylene fractionator was introduced, some problems existing in its use were described and the principle and characteristics of thermal bypass control method were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of pressure control method were compared. Although the new pressure control method can control the fractionator pressure, it has many shortcomings, so it should be chose carefully in the production.
