基于炉衬测厚的炉腹温度在线检测传感器

摘要 提出一种基于炉衬测厚的炉温在线检测传感器,采用热态试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,建立以传热学理论为基础的数学模型模拟传感器传热过程。通过一维导热数学模型计算稳态下传感器上的温度分布;由于金属传感器测杆与炉衬同步侵蚀,利用超声波测距原理测出残存测杆的长度(等于炉衬厚度)。拟合炉温与传感器上各个测温点温度、炉衬厚度的回归方程。实验结果验证了数学模型的合理性,在线检测传感器更高效、更稳定,能较准确地判断高炉炉况信息,能够丰富专家数据库。 A kind of online temperature measurement sensor based on the lining thickness was put forward, using combina- tion of thermal test and numerical simulation methods. The mathematical model based on heat transfer theory to simulate the process of sensor heat conduction was established.The steady-state temperature on the sensor by principle of one dimensional heat conduction was calculated;As the metal lining and the sensor bar are synchronously eroded, the length of the remaining rod by ultrasonic ranging principle (equal tO the thickness of the lining)was calculated.The temperature of each measuring point and lin- ing thickness regressive equation were constructed.The experimental results verify the rationality of the mathematical model.On- line detection sensor is more efficient and more stable, which can accurately determine the condition of the blast furnace informa- tion and can be able to enrich the expert database.
