个性化教学法在神经内科护生中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨个性化教学法在神经内科护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月~2016年4月在我院神经内科实习的121名护生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(53例)和对照组(68例)。对照组采用传统模式教学,实验组采用个性化教学法,比较两组的效果。结果实验组的理论知识考核、技能考核显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组的学习兴趣、自学能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、服务意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组的教学方法、教学质量、教学管理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在患者满意度方面,实验组的操作技能、健康教育、护患沟通、服务态度满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个性化教学法不但可以提高神经内科护生的学习积极性,提升理论和技能考核成绩,还能增强教学认同感,同时也提高教学质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of individualized teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department.Methods From August 2014 to April 2016,121 nursing students in neurology department of our hospital were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group (53 cases) and the control group(68 cases).The control group was used the traditional mode of teaching,the experimental group was used personal- ized teaching method.The effects of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical knowledge assessment and skill assessment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.01).The scores of learning interest,self-study ability,problem analysis ability,problem-solving ability and ser- vice consciousness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P〈 0.01).The satisfaction degree of teaching methods,teaching quality and teaching management in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.01).In the terms of patient satis- faction degree,the satisfaction degree of operation skills,health education,nurse patient communication and service attitude in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈 0.01).Conclusion The individualized teaching method can not only improve the learning enthusiasm of the nurses in the department of neurology,but also improve the performance of the theory and skills,enhance the sense of identity and improve the teaching quality.
