摘要
在倡导"全民阅读"和"健康中国"的时代背景下,以儿童绘本为媒介进行健康传播具有重要意义。该研究运用文本分析和在线访谈的质性研究方法,探究学前儿童健康教育目标在绘本生产、销售和消费过程中的融入和实现过程。研究发现要实现绘本的儿童健康传播功能需经过多重把关:绘本创作与销售中的组织把关,体现为创作要素把关和评价导向把关;绘本消费中的家庭把关,体现为家长的信息筛选功能和信息加工功能;儿童自身在绘本健康教育中的主体性实践和自我把关,体现在自身的选择性接触、选择性理解和记忆过程中。
Against the background of advocacy as media for health communication is of great of "national reading" and "healthy China", take children's picture books significance. Based on qualitative research methods of text analysis and online interviews, this study analyzes the integration and implementation of preschool children's health education goal in the process of production, sales and consumption. The study finds that it needs the efforts of multiple gatekeepers to achieve the function of health communication in picture books. They are the organization control of creation and sales, which embodies in the creation elements control and evaluation oriented control; the family control of picture books consumption, which embodies in the parents' information filtering and information processing functions, and the children themselves, as the main body of the health communication is mainly reflected in its own selective exposure, understanding and memory.
