基于双闭环PI控制的短电弧加工脉冲电源设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统短电弧电源在负载发生突变时,存在功率管开关冲击大、输出电压波形超调量大、电压幅值大幅度调节时稳定性差等问题,设计了基于双闭环PI控制优化方案的短电弧加工脉冲电源.该电源在传统硬件PI闭环控制的基础上结合数字PI闭环控制,实现分段PI、双闭环控制,电源主电路设计采用两级调制的设计方案.通过基于MATLAB软件仿真的实验结果表明:相比传统硬件PI闭环控制方式,采用双闭环PI控制优化方案的新型短电弧加工脉冲电源输出电压波形的超调量及超调时间均得到减少,具有更加良好的稳态和动态特性;短电弧铣削加工实验验证表明:采用电压值10~30 V、占空比30%~90%、频率200 Hz~800 Hz可调电参数时,短电弧加工质量好,验证了该电源稳定可靠、输出特性良好的性能. When the load changes,there are many problems in the traditional short arc power supply,such as the large power tube switch's impact,the overshoot of the output voltage waveform,the poor stability when the voltage amplitude is adjusted and so on.In order to solve these problems,a short arc machining pulse power supply based on double closed loop PI control scheme is designed.The power supply combines the traditional hardware PI closed-loop control and digital PI closed-loop control,to achieve the subsection PI,double closed loop control.The design of the main circuit of the power supply is based on the two stage modulation.The MATLAB simulation and the experimental results show that,compared with the traditional hardware PI closed-loop control mode,the overshoot and overshoot time of the output voltage waveform of the new type of short arc machining pulsepower supply are reduced by using the double closed loop PI control scheme,and it has better steady-state and dynamic characteristics.The experimental results of short arc milling show that the utility model has the advantages of stable and reliable output and good output performance when the adjustable electric parameters are voltage value 10-30 V,duty cycle 30%-90%,frequency 200 Hz-800 Hz.Using these parameters the quality of short arc machining is good.
