The fee rate established by financial institutions affects the retailer's credit demand. In order to discuss the fee rate, we investigated the retailer ordering decisions, optimal rate decision of financial institutions and the coordination problem of consumer credit system which consist of a single manufacturer, a single retailer and a single financial institution. Meanwhile, we built the centralized decision model, decentralized decision model and revenue sharing contract coordination model. The obtained result indicate that: Comparing to the centralized decision, the fee rate draught by financial institutions, and profit of optimal system are lower. When retailers share a certain percentage of income to financial institutions, and share a certain percentage of the remaining proceeds after sharing the proceeds to the manufacturer, revenue sharing contract can achieve system coordination. At last, we testified our conclusions by giving the numerical examples.
