摘要
电网公司每一年都要在农村配电网建设中投入大量资金,助推国民经济高速发展。但因负责实施农村配电网电力工程建设项目的单位未按经济规律计价,忽略造价管理,或片面追求低造价,造成投资失控,埋下严重的质量安全隐患,急需通过加强工程造价管理创新加以解决。本文就从农村配电网电力工程造价管理创新的重要性入手,对具体的创新措施进行分析、探讨,旨在促进农村配电网电力工程造价管理工作的优化。
The grid company will invest a lot of money to the rural distribution network construction every year to boost the rapid development of the national economy. But the units responsible for the implementation of rural power distribution project construction projects are not priced according to economic law, ignore the cost management, or only pursue low cost, so investment is out of control and buried a serious quality and safety risks, so it urgently needs to strengthen the project cost management innovation. This paper, from the importance of the innovation of power engineering cost management in rural distribution network, analyzes and explores the specific innovative measures to promote the optimization of the cost management of rural power distribution.
