新媒体形式下,电视节目种类众多,包括政治、经济、军事、文化等内容,是人们接受外部信息的主要途径之一,也是人们娱乐休闲的重要工具。电视台编辑应具有较高的创新能力和业务水平,才能创造出真正的精品。针对电视台编辑的工作内容入手,重点阐述电视台编辑应具备的素质,以提高电视工作人员的创新热情、创新能力。
There are many kinds of TV programs under the new media form,including politics,economy,military and culture,which is the main way for people to obtain external information and an important tool for people ＇s entertainment. TV editors should have a high level of innovation and business level so as to create a real boutique. In view of the content of editorial work of television station,the quality that television editors should have was elaborated so as to enhance the innovation enthusiasm and ability of TV staff.
