摘要
目的探讨动态增强MRI对乳腺癌诊断价值。方法方便收集来该院就医的80例临床怀疑乳腺癌患者(2015年4月—2017年4月)作为该次研究的观察对象,对80例疑似乳腺癌患者均实施动态增强MRI、X线检查,并将检查结果和术后病理检查结果(金标准)进行对比,研究对比动态增强MRI对乳腺癌诊断价值。结果 MRI对乳腺癌的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为91.67%、87.50%、91.25%,均高于X线的敏感性(72.22%)、特异性(75.00%)、准确性(72.50%),但组间特异性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而组间敏感性、准确性的比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态增强MRI对乳腺癌诊断具有较显著的价值,确诊率较高。
Objective To discuss the value of dynamic enhancement MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of clinical patients suspected with breast cancer from April, 2015 to April, 2017 were selected and were given the dynamic enhancement MRI and X ray examinations, and the examination results and postoperative pathological examination results were compared and the value of dynamic enhancement MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer was researched and compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer were respectively 91.67%,87.50%,91.25%, which were higher than those of X ray（72.22%,75.00%,72.50%）, and the difference in the specificity between groups was not obvious（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the sensitivity and accuracy between groups were obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The value of dynamic enhancement MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer is obvious, and the diagnosis rate is higher.
