摘要
习总书记提出的"对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明"总要求,是新形势下加强公安工作的总纲领、建警治警的总方略,是每一名公安民警立警从警的座右铭。公安民警和公安现役官兵要以此为精神引领,坚定理想信念,铸牢"对党忠诚"的政治灵魂;增强群众观念,践行"服务人民"的根本宗旨;强化法治思维,坚守"执法公正"的价值取向;严肃警风警纪,锻造"纪律严明"的过硬队伍。
Since General Secretary Xi put forward a 16 words requirement of ＂being loyal to the party,serving the people,enforcing the law impartially,being strict in discipline ＂,it has been serving not only as a guideline to strengthen policing efforts in the new situation and an overall strategy to build and manage the police force,but also as the motto of every public security officer. Guided by this requirement,the public security police force and police force on active duty shall fortify their ideals and conviction,build a solid foundation for the political soul of being loyal to the Party,conscientiously pursue the fundamental purpose of serving the people,strengthen the rule of law,stick to the justice-oriented value,pay more attention to police bearing and conduct so that a disciplined police force can be built up.
