导流洞衬砌混凝土低温季节浇筑温控方案优选 被引量:3

摘要 乌东德水电站导流洞断面尺寸大,衬砌混凝土抗裂安全性要求高,低温季节浇筑施工难度较大,为了研究乌东德导流洞低温季节浇筑的温控防裂问题,采用三维有限元法模拟衬砌混凝土的施工过程和温控措施,针对1.2 m衬砌厚度的断面,综合考虑分缝长度、浇筑温度、通水水温、是否保温四个方面进行数值分析。经过全面对比分析各种温控方案下衬砌混凝土中间断面代表点的温度应力历时曲线,得出如下结论:在低温季节施工过程中,衬砌混凝土仓段的分缝长度应为6~9 m,必须采用有效的保温措施。 The section size of diversion tunnel is very large inWudongde Hydropo^wer Station, the crack security requirement of lining con-crete is high and pouring construction is difficult in low- temperature season. In order to study the problem of preventing cracks in the con-struction of diversion tunnel in low temperature season in Wudongde Hydropower Station, 3D finite element method was applied to simulate the lining concrete construction process and temperature controlling measures. In view of the 1. 2 m thickness of the section, the packet length, pouring temperature, water temperature and heat preservation were considered in the process of numerical analysis. The conclusions are as follows: in the process of the construction in low temperature season, packet length of lining concrete is elected as 6 -9 meters and ef-fective heat preservation measures must be adopted.
