摘要
通过对重轨生产过程中曾阶段性出现过的头底侧轧疤及隐蔽性线纹缺陷进行倒推分析知:加热炉水梁垫块表面阶段性氧化铁皮堆积结瘤会产生对应缺陷。针对炉内产生的瘤子不能实时有效剔除的局限性,通过采取冷坯压炉、高温氧化、调整步距、机械刮瘤的方式,使加热炉水梁垫块上产生的瘤子得以有效消除。
Through the side of rolling scar and concealment of line defects on heavy rail production process has been phased head push down analysis to know: furnace beam pad surface of iron oxide accumulation of nodulation will produce the corresponding defects. Can not effectively eliminate the limitations of tumor in the furnace, through cold pressing furnace, high temperature oxidation, adjusting step, mechanical scraping tumor, the heating furnace block produced by the tumor can effectively eliminate.
