摘要
为了解石墨烯专利技术的发展,本文通过定量的专利分析方法来研究石墨烯技术的创新趋势。本文以德温特专利数据库为数据源,通过技术生命周期、技术领域分布、专利权人的技术实力及高被引专利等方面对石墨烯相关专利文献进行分析。从专利技术的发展趋势看,自2009年石墨烯技术的研究呈现飞跃性的增长趋势,并仍处于成长期。在技术分布方面,目前的技术研究着重分布在石墨的制备、超微技术等领域。从专利申请机构看,中国在专利申请上已经超越韩国、美国等国家,但在专利技术的竞争力上仍处于赶超阶段,需要加强专利质量及其在石墨烯技术领域的影响力。
In order to study the development of graphene technology,the article conducts quantitative analysis method on graphene technology to research the technological innovation trend.Based on DII database,this article conducts the angles of technology life and technology subject and patentee's technical strength and Highly Cited Patent to reveal its development status.It is found that graphene technology shows a frogleap growth from 2009,and it is still in the growth. The important domains focus on the preparation of graphite, supermicro technology and so on.China has surpassed South Korea and the United States as the leader in the patent application, but the technological competitiveness is still in catch-up phase, it needs to enhance the quality and influence in graphene technology.
