摘要
针对目前造纸废水处理的困难,提出使用膜分离技术深度处理造纸废水。以氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,在经修饰的陶瓷管基底上采用浸渍法制备了氧化石墨烯膜。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段对膜材料和膜进行了表征,结果显示GO为二维片状材料,成膜性能良好,膜的表面均匀连续,无明显缺陷。并将其用于模拟废水脱盐及真实造纸废水深度处理,具有良好的效果。在模拟体系中,膜通量可以达到4.27kg/m^2h,脱盐率为80%;对造纸废水中Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)及SO_4^(2-)离子的截留率分别可以达到71%、70%和54%,通量为3.10kg/m^2h,处理真实造纸废水20h以上,仍保持良好的分离性能,具有较好的稳定性。
Graphene oxide membrane was fabricated on the modified ceramics tube through dip - coating method Graphene oxide and graphene oxide membrane were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally the prepared membrane was used for Na2SO4 salts solution separation and papermaking wastewater advanced treatment. The experimental results show that the flux can reach 4.27kg/m2h and desalination rate is 80%, when 1500 mg/L Na2SO4 salt solution was separated at room temperature under a working pressure of 0.8MPa. However, the flux is 3. 1kg/m^2h and the interception rates of Mg2+ ,Ca2+ and SO4^2- were 71%, 70% and 54%, respectively, when used in papermaking wastewater treatment. And good separation performance and stability were still maintained when used in papermaking wastewater treatment for more than 20h.
