摘要
高等学校的德育工作是人才培养的重要内容,是解决"培养什么人"、"如何培养人"这一重大课题的关键。德育教师是开展德育工作的核心,教书育人工作必须贯穿教学工作的始终,融入教学工作的各个环节,在人才培养方案中、在与教学内容的结合上,在教学方法的体现上,在教学管理的过程中全过程、全方位的凸显德育,才能培养德智体全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Ethical education in institutions of higher learning is one of the major tasks of educa-tion,which is the key point to the problem of what people we should train and how we train them.Teachers of moral education play a leading role in accomplishing the task.Moral education must be combined with imparting knowledge.Moral education must be highlighted in the teaching adminis-tration in all dimensions and at all stages.Only by so doing,can we cultivate qualified people who are all-rounded and who can shoulder the responsibily of socialist construction.
