摘要 流感是流感病毒引起的一种急性呼吸道病毒感染性疾病,能够引起较高的发病率和病死率,给人类健康带来重大威胁。肺泡上皮细胞是机体抵御甲型流感病毒的肺部关键组成部分,同时也是季节性和流行性甲型流感病毒最主要的靶向细胞和感染细胞之一,本文对甲型流感病毒对肺泡上皮细胞作用的研究进展进行简要阐述。 Influenza caused by influenza virus is a disease of acute respiratory viral infection, which can cause high morbidity and mortality and remain a global health burden. The alveolar epithelial cells are a key part of the lungs which can defense against influenza virus and are also one of the primary target and infected cells of the seasonal and pandemic influenza A virus. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of the alveolar epithelial cells in influenza A virus.
