介绍朔州煤电公司发展混合所有制的具体做法:依托工业园区区位优势,选择优质项目,引入社会资本,依托公司上市破解融资难题,依托科技创新、提升产品价值,总结混合所有制改革要主动适应"需求侧"的变化、加强管理创新、合理配置权利,从操作层面提出煤炭企业混合所有制改革的具体建议。
The paper introduced the certain practices on the mixed ownership development of Shuozhou Coal and Electric Power Company. Based on the location advantages of the Industrial Park,including the selection of the excellent project,the introduction of the social capital,with the company listed to solve the financing difficulty,technical innovation and the upgrading the product value,the paper summarized that the mixed ownership reform should meet the＂demand side＂changes,enhance the management innovation and rationally allocate the rights. From the operational level,the paper provided the certain proposals on the mixed ownership reform.
