摘要
通过对汪机《石山医案》中所载医案进行分析,总结并探讨了汪机温补培元的学术思想及用药规律。汪机取法李东垣,喜用甘温之参芪以补脾胃元气,并倡导"参芪双补"说;擅于阴中求阳,在温阳之剂中加入滋阴之品。其用药柔和,常补中有泻,加入陈皮、枳实等行气之品以求补而不滞。
Based on the analysis of medical cases recorded in Shishan＇ s Medical Cases, the paper summarized and explored the writer-WANG Ji＇ s （founder of Xin＇ an Medicine, famous doctor in Qing Dynasty） academic thoughts and his medication rules. WANG followed the example of LI Dongyuan （ a famous doctor of Jin Dynasty）, tended to use sweet-warm drugs to tonify spleen and stomach as well as invigorate vital energy. He proposed to use ginseng and astralagus together in reinforcing. WANG was expert in reinforcing yang from yin and administered drugs which nourish yin and warm yang together. In WANG＇ s clinical practice, mild medication was applied in reinforcing along with reducing;drugs were used to promote the circulation of qi in order to pursue the reinforcing effect without stasis.
