摘要
为研究抗肠炎功能饲料对池塘养殖河蟹品质的影响,将抗肠炎功能蛋白以0.5%的剂量添加到河蟹基础膨化饲料中,以投喂冰鲜鱼的传统投饵方式为对照,在苏州市吴中区河蟹主养区进行养殖对比试验,通过测定河蟹常规营养成分、全蟹氨基酸和脂肪酸含量,及感官评定,研究抗肠炎功能饲料对河蟹品质的影响。结果表明:(1)饲喂抗肠炎功能饲料能提高河蟹粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量;(2)各区域试验组河蟹的TAA、EAA、DAA和LAA含量均高于对照组;(3)各区域试验组河蟹的SFA、MU-FA、PUFA和∑MUFA+∑PUFA总量并未发生很大变化,但2区试验组河蟹C201和C202含量较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05);(4)3个区域的试验组河蟹感官评价分值均高于对照组。综上所述,抗肠炎功能饲料完全可以替代冰鲜鱼,具有较好的推广价值。
In order to study effects of feeding anti-inflammatory functional feed on the quality of Erio- cheir sinensis, anti-inflammatory functional protein with 0.5% dose was added into basal expanded di- et. The rearing experiments were conducted in the main rearing area of E. sinensis advocate raising, by comparison with feeding ice fresh fish as the control group. The conventional nutrtion components, the contents of amino acids and fatty acids in whole body were determined, and the sensory evaluation was conducted, thereafter the effects of anti-inflammatory functional feed on E. sinensis quality were evaluated. The results were shown as follows: ① The anti-inflammatory functional feed could improve the crude protein and crude fat contents of E. sinensis; ② The contents of TAA, EAA, DAA and LAA in whole E. sinensis, reded with anti-inflammatory functional feed were higher than the control group; ③ There were no obviously changes on SFA, MUFA, PUFA and ∑MUFA+ ∑ PUFA contents in whole body, but C20 : 1 and C20 : 2 levels were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05).③ Sen- sory evaluation scores of the E. sinensis, fed with anti-inflammatory functional feed were higher than the control groups. Our experiments suggested that the anti-inflammatory functional feed could com- pletely replace the ice fresh fish feed, and had good popularization value.
