摘要
职业教育领域供给侧改革的根本目标是提高职业教育供给质量、效率与创新水平,满足职业院校学生个性发展及社会需求。职业教育供给侧改革的内容是补足职业教育短板,重点是补职业教育跨界这个短板,体现在课程与教学供给侧改革、师资队伍供给侧改革、投入与资源供给侧改革、制度供给侧改革等方面。职教人必须在课程、教学、实践、教师、保障等各个方面落实跨界措施,做实、做细协同培养职业人的制度安排、过程控制与评价工作,以加强职业教育供给侧改革。
The fundamental objectives of Supply-side reform of vocational education is to improve the quality,efficiency and innovation of vocational education supply,and meet the needs of vocational college students ＇personality development and social needs. The content of vocational education supply-side reform are complements of vocational education,focusing on the ＂transboundary＂of vocational education,reflected in the supply-side reforms of curriculum and instruction,teachers,investment and resource,institutions ans so on. The practitioners of vocational education should implement the transboundary measures in the curriculum,teaching,practice,teacher,support and other aspects,implement actually the measures,process control and evaluation of the cooperative training of skilled labor force at great length,so as to strengthen the supply-side reform of vocational education.
