摘要 综述了芳樟醇的合成研究进展,分别介绍了合成芳樟醇的乙炔-丙酮路线、石油化工原料路线及蒎烯路线的情况,并分析了它们各自的特点。α-蒎烯路线由于其合成路线简洁、原子利用率高及废弃物排放少而被认为是绿色化程度最高的路线;β-蒎烯路线原子利用率最低,废物排放最多,不是绿色合成路线;乙炔-丙酮路线也因为原料来源丰富、中间体综合利用程度高在现阶段有其吸引力;异戊二烯路线具有原料成本上的优势。对芳樟醇的5种合成路线进行了绿色化评估。 The research progress in synthesis of linalool was reviewed. The synthesis methods of linalool, such as acetylene-acetone route, petrochemical raw routes and pinene routes were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. α-Pinene route was considered to be the most effective green route because of the high atom utilization, the concise synthetic route and less waste discharge. β-pinene route was the lowest degree of green synthesis due to the lowest atom utilization and the most discharge. Acetylene-acetone route also has its attraction at the present stage because of the rich source of raw materials, and the high level of comprehensive utilization of the intermediates. Isoprene route has the cost advantage. The green evaluation for the five synthesis routes of linalool was made.
