摘要
目的 探讨手指操功能锻炼联合氦氖激光治疗仪照射在Ⅱ区屈肌腱损伤术后的作用效果.方法 收集2013年1月至2016年6月急诊创伤因屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤住院行肌腱缝合的患者49例,所有患者术后根据随机数字法,分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=25).对照组采用单纯功能锻炼,观察组采用手指操功能锻炼联合氦氖激光治疗仪照射治疗.结果 所有患者均获得随访,随访时间3-11个月,平均6.8个月.对照组患者中优10例,良9例,可7例,优良率73.1%;观察组患者中优17例,良10例,可2例,优良率93.1%.观察组患者的优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 手指操功能锻炼联合氦氖激光治疗仪照射对Ⅱ区屈肌腱损伤术后进行早期康复,能够有效预防肌腱粘连,有效促进患手功能恢复,具有一定的临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of Finger exercise plus He-nelaser irradiation in the repair of zoneⅡflexor tendon injury. Methods 49 cases of flexor tendon injury in zoneⅡflexor during the period from January 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control(n=24) and observation groups(n=25),The control group received routine functional exercise,observation groups received Finger exercise plus He-nelaser irradiation. Results All 49 cases were follow up for 3 to 11 months(6.8 months on average)postoperatively.Based on the functional evaluation criteria for the upper extremity issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medieal Association,the results were rated as excellent in 10 cases, good in 9 cases and fair in 1 case in observation groups,excellent in 17 cases,good in 10 cases and fair in 2 cases in observation groups. The rate of functional recovery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.1% vs 73.1%,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of Finger exercise plus He-nelaser irradiation in the repair of zoneⅡflexor tendon injury can effectively prevent the risk of tendon adhesion,allow for maximum flexion and extension,and lead to satisfactory results.
