摘要
智能电表无论是在能源互联网中承担载体的作用,还是在未来的能源市场分配中起着不可或缺的作用。面向对象通信协议是一套贯通于用电信息采集系统的高效通信协议,目前在国网公司范围内开展规模化试点。随着售电侧改革的不断推进,目前来看,具备配网资源的公司、智能电表公司、节能服务公司、分布式能源公司等都有机会进入售电市场及能源互联网这一新领域。为充分发挥智能电表资产效益,降低电网运营成本,全面支撑配网运营管理和提升供电服务水平。本文根据相关方面的情况,制定智能电表功能深化应用试点工作方案。
Smart meters play an indispensable role in the distribution of the energy market, whether it is the carrier of the energy or the internet. Object oriented communication protocol is an efficient communication protocol, which is connected with the power information collection system. With the sale of electricity reform, at present, the company has distribution network resources, smart meters, energy service companies, distributed energy companies have the opportunity to enter the sale of electricity market and the Internet as a new field of energy. In order to give full play to the asset efficiency of smart meter and reduce the operation cost of power grid, the operation management of distribution network and the service level of power supply have been fully supported. According to the related aspects, the author has worked out the pilot scheme of deepening the application of the intelligent ammeter.
