摘要
目的探讨分析降糖药对2型糖尿病以及2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者降糖的治疗效果。方法选择我院2014年5月-2016年2月2型糖尿病患者72例;同期选择2型糖尿病合并甲亢疾病患者72例;两组患者均选择甘精胰岛素进行治疗,对比两组间治疗效果以及相关指标。结果相同的降糖方案治疗后,2型糖尿病组与2型糖尿病合并甲亢组之间治疗疗效有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后2型糖尿病组的平均空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖明显低于2型糖尿病合并甲亢组,两组之间比较有显著差异,(P<0.05)。结论临床在对2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者进行治疗过程中,单纯选择降糖药物进行治疗,无法获得确切疗效,需要做到两种疾病同时治疗,最终才可以为2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者疾病疗效的提高做出保证。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic agents on type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as study group in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016; 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism were selected as control group.Both groups were all given insulin treatment, treatment effect and the related indicators between two groups were detected. Results After the same treatment, there were significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Average fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in study group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes with hyperthyroidism, only hypoglycemic drugs can not get the exact effect, it needs to cure two diseases at the same time, and only this, type 2 diabetes with hyperthyroidism can be cured ultimately.
