摘要
目的 探讨中医针灸结合运动疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果.方法 选取2014年1月—2016年1月在大连市中心医院确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者118例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组60例和对照组58例,观察组行中医针灸及运动疗法,对照组采取常规骨盆牵引治疗.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的69.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.治疗后观察组疼痛缓解评分及腰椎功能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 相较于传统骨盆牵引治疗,中医针灸结合运动疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果更好.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with kinesiotherapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 118 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients diagnosed from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into study group（60 cases） and control group（58 cases） according to the different treatment therapies. Acupuncture combined with kinesiotherapy was applied to the study group and pelvic traction to the control group. Results The total effective rate of the study group（90.0%） was higher than the control group（69.0% ）. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of pain relief and lumbar condition in the study group were better than those of the control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study demonstrated that, acupuncture combined with kinesiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was more effective than pelvic traction,
