摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,病理生理学教材内容也应不断更新。文章对病理生理学教材中醛固酮保钠排钾、排氢的作用机制,心房钠尿肽的作用部位,急性低钾血症引起心肌兴奋性升高的原因,缺氧时骨骼肌血管扩张等内容进行探讨,提出教材更新时可通过适当复习生理知识、进行归纳总结、标注知识拓展、标注争议内容等方式进行编排,以培养学生的怀疑精神和自主学习能力。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the contents of pathophysiology textbook should be constantly upda- ted. This paper discusses the updates of pathophysiology textbooks regarding the roles of aldosterone in sodium retention, potassium and hydrogen excretion, the roles of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in inhibition of sodium and water reabsorption, reasons of acute hy- pokalemic conditions bringing about cardiomyocytes excitability, vasodilation of skeletal muscle in acute systemic hypoxia, etc. In up- dating pathophysiology textbooks, review of physiological knowledge, generalization and summarization, marked knowledge expansion, and marked controversial contents will help to cultivate students' spirit of suspicion and self-learning.
