桩-土模型试验中模型箱制作及土样制备 被引量:4

摘要 缩尺模型试验是研究岩土工程问题的有效方法,通过对桩土模型试验中箱体的设计及土样制备方法进行研究,结果表明:当模型桩的直径与土体颗粒粒径之比大于40时,不存在粒径效应;当箱体边界距离模型桩的距离大于桩直径的三倍时,边界效应较小,可忽略不计;在土样制备时,可采用土体相对密度、含水率代替土体的c、φ值作为重塑土判定的标准,对于砂土可采用砂雨法制备,对于黏土和粉土可采用分层填土、逐层夯实的方法制备,同时利用标定盒、环刀法便可做到对成样质量的检测和监测。 Scale model test is an effective way to study geotechnical engineering problems. The design of box body and preparation method of soil sample in pile soil model test are studied, and the results show that, when the ratio of the diameter of the model pile to the particle size of the soil is greater than 40, there is no size effect; when the distance between the box and the model pile is three times larger than the diameter of the pile, the boundary effect is small, which is negligible ; in the soil sample prepa- ration, relative density and moisture content of soil can replace c, φ values of soil as a standard to evaluate remolded soil; Sand can be prepared by sand rain method, clay and silt can adopt the method of layered filling and compaction layer by layer; using a simple calibration box and cutting ring, the quality of the sample can be tested and monitored.
