摘要
Ⅱ型高脂蛋白血症患者低密度脂蛋白(LDL)活化血小板的作用强于正常人,这些患者血小板对LDL的反应也较正常人的血小板高。LDL的浓度增高,其成份、性质的改变,高密度脂蛋自(HDL)对LDL作用的阻断能力的降低,以及血小板功能亢进均可能与此有关。
Effects of LDL and HDL from plasmas of 12 patients with type II hyperlipoproteinemia or 13 normal healthy subjects on platelsts from these patients or normal subjects were observed by measuring platelet aggregation induced by ADP, synthesis of thromboxano A: after aggregation and platelet membrane fluidity. Compared to healthy subjects, the reactivity of platelets from patients with type Ⅱ hyperlipoproteinemia to LDL was higher and the activation of platelets by LDL from those patients was also higher. These findings may he due to change in concentration, composition and properties of LDL, less suppression of LDL effect by HDL and hyperfunction of platelet in type Ⅱ hyperlipoproteinemia. This study may be useful for the investigation of the vascular and thrombotic disorders accompaning type Ⅱ hyperlipoproteinemia.
