摘要
概述了刮膜式分子蒸馏技术的原理,讨论了在采用刮膜式分子蒸馏技术制备单一相对分子质量的低相对分子质量环氧树脂(SLMEP)的过程中,温度对目标产物收率和纯度的影响。试验结果表明:当蒸馏温度为185℃时,所得SLMEP的纯度可达97.033%,收率接近78.36%。
The principle of wiped film molecular distillation technology was outlined, and the effect of distillation temperature on the yield and purity of the target product during the preparing of single low relative molecular weight epoxy resin ( SLMEP ) using the wiped film molecular distillation technology was discussed. The test results showed that the purity of SLMEP was up to 97.033% and the yield reached close to 78.36% when the distillation temperature was maintained at 185 ℃.
