一种微波光子滤波器的设计

摘要 在微波光子系统中,微波光子滤波器能有效降低系统噪声、提高系统动态,但传统的微波光子滤波器受环境影响很大,针对此,介绍了一种具有一定环境适应性的高性能微波光子滤波器。该微波光子滤波器采用硅基工艺和多个耦合微环级联的结构,能够实现低插损和高选择性的优点;同时采用TEC温控反馈的方式能得到较好的环境适应性。 In the microwave photonic system, the microwave photonic filter is used to reduce the system noise coefficient and improve the dynamic range, but the traditional microwave photonic filter is greatly affected by the environment. A kind of high performance microwave photonic fil- ter with certain environmental adaptability is realized. The microwave photonic filter with the sil- icon based process and several coupled micro-ring cascade structure could get the low insertion loss and high selectivity characteristics. The TEC temperature control and temperature feedback method is used to achieve better environmental adaptability.
