摘要
对汽车总装车间的底盘翻转工艺进行研究,从方式方法、工装设备等角度出发,设计一种新型车架翻转装置,采用PLC控制随行、四链提升机构实现升降、链传动进行翻转,定位精准、通用性强、惯性冲击小、噪声低、结构紧凑,可实现底盘的随线翻转,极大地提高了翻转效率,在汽车底盘装配领域有广泛的应用前景。
A research about the technique of the chassis overturn in the assembly plant was conducted. From the perspective of the method and tooling facilities,a new chassis turn-over device was designed,in which PLC was used to control traveling,four chain lifting mechanism was used to realize lifting,chain drive was used for the chassis rollover,with features of precise positioning,more universality,small inertial impact,low noise and easy realization of traveling chassis rollover. The device greatly improves the efficiency of rollover. It has a broad application prospect in the assembly of automobile chassis.
