摘要
高校作为教书育人的重要场所,对基础设施进行科学、高效的管理,不仅可以丰富校园生活,满足广大师生的需求,而且可以吸引优秀人才,增强师资力量,提高教学和科研水平。因此,为了最大限度地发挥基础设施的作用,使其得到良好的利用与维护,就必须不断完善和健全基础设施管理制度,规范管理工作;培育管理人员的责任意识,提升其职业素养;创新管理方式方法,增强后勤部门活力,对基础设施进行科学有效的管理。
Colleges and universities are an important place for imparting knowledge and educating people, and the scientific and efficient management of infrastructure not only can enrich the campus life, meet the needs of teachers and students, but also can attract talents, strengthen teaching staff, improve the level of teaching and sci- entific research. Therefore, in order to maximize the role of infrastructure to achieve the optimal effect of utilization and maintenance, this paper attempts to discuss how to improve and perfect the infrastructure management system, standardize the management work, cultivate the staff~ sense of responsibility and enhance their professionality, in- novate management methods and enhance the dynamics of logistics departments so as to realize the scientific and ef- fective management of infrastructure.
