风火电价补偿分析模型研究与应用

摘要 随着辽宁省风电并网容量逐年增大,火电机组年利用率不断下降,电网调峰困难。煤电机组进行基本调峰或深度调峰时,机组煤耗率增加,导致发电成本增加,这部分由于煤耗率升高而引起的调峰成本,目前没有补偿。综合考虑风电企业和火电企业发电效益,建立了风火电价补偿分析模型,通过合理设置风火电价补偿方案,调动火电调峰积极性,充分利用风电资源,提高发电企业综合效益。 With the increase of wind power grid capacity in Liaoning province and thermal power unit in utilization of falling, power grid peak shaves. Coal unit for base load or the depth of peak shaving, the unit coal consumption rate increases, which lead to cost in- crease. This part of the cost due to rising coal consumption rate of load without compensation. This paper comprehensively considers the power generation benefits of wind power and thermal power enteq)rises. The wind fire electricity price compensation analysis model is established. Through setting up reasonable wind fire electricity price compensation scheme, it arouse the enthusiasm of thermal power load. It makes full use of wind power resources and improve the comprehensive benefits of power enterprises.
