摘要
压力表批量检定系统是一台自动化压力表检定装置。结合实际,介绍了压力表批量检定系统容易产生的故障及其原因,针对常见故障进行了分类、总结及排除,同时对日常维护进行了阐述,并通过2个具体维修实例来说明故障分析与排除的基本过程和基本方法,以确保设备的正常运转,服务油田安全生产。
The pressure gauge batch verification system is an automatic pressure gauge calibrating device. The faults which the pressure gauge batch verification system is prone to and their causes are introduced. The common faults are classified, summarized and eliminat ed, and the routine maintenance of the system is expounded. Two specific maintenance examples are given to illustrate the basic process and basic methods of fault analysis and elimination of the system, so as to ensure the normal operation of equipment and serve the safety production of oilfield.
