摘要
目的:观察电切镜通道进行膀胱结石碎石取石的效果。方法:70例膀胱结石患者,随机分为二组,实验组采用电切镜通道钬激光碎石,对照组采用输尿管肾镜下钬激光碎石。比较两种方法的治疗效果。结果:实验组碎石成功率为100%明显高于对照组成功率为88.6%(P<0.05);实验组平均手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);术中膀胱损伤11例,其中实验组2例明显少于对照组9例(P<0.05)。结论:利用电切镜通道钬激光治疗膀胱结石,操作简单,视野好,取石方便,高效,安全且治疗有效。
Objective An experience summery of bladder stone removal by holmium laser through prostate resectoscope channels.Methods 70 patients suffering bladder stones are separated into two groups randomly.Bladder stones are removed by application of two kinds of holmium laser channels.The experiment group is through the prostate resectoscope channel,the control group is through the ureterorenoscope channel.Remained stones,duration of the surgery and gross hematuria of the two groups are compared.Results the achievement ratio of the experiment group is 100%,which is obviously higher than the control group(88.6%)(P<0.05).While the number of bladder injury of the experiment group is 2,and it is remarkable lower than the control group(9)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is easy to operate and remove the stones with good visions,high efficiency and safe to remove bladder stone by holmium laser through electro-resectoscope channels.
