摘要
分析了八钢焦化厂2号焦炉个别斜道堵死的原因,从立火道根部入手,采用挖补炭化室墙的方法打通堵死的斜道,改善了焦炉加热均匀性,延长了焦炉寿命。
This paper analyzes the reasons of individual corbel zone blockage of No. 2 coke oven of Bayi Steel Coking Plant. Starting from the bottom of vertical flue,by using the method of digging and repairing of coking chamber wall to open blocked corbel area, which could improve the heating uniformity and prolong the service life of coke oven.
