新型抗静电涂料的制备及性能研究

摘要 以1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)分别与二乙醇胺、二甲胺及二乙胺经Michael加成合成了3种叔胺产物,并对合成的叔胺进行了~1HNMR表征.将合成的叔胺分别与溴乙烷、苄氯及硫酸二甲酯反应制备出一系列可UV固化的季铵盐.所得具有光固化活性的季铵盐作为功能单体应用于UV涂料时,所得涂料具有光固化速度较快,固化膜具有优良抗静电性和耐水洗性,且受湿度影响不大.成膜物的TG检测表明,此抗静电UV固化涂料具有较好的热稳定性. Three kinds of tertiary amine are obtained by the reaction of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate( HDDA)respectively with diethanolamine,dimethylamine and diethylamine via Michael addition. The structures of the tertiary amine products were characterized by1 HNMR. A series of UV curable quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized from the reaction of tertiary amine with ethyl bromide,benzyl chloride or sulfuric acid dimethyl ester. These UV curable quaternary ammonium salts were used as the functional monomer in the UV cured coating,which could be cured quickly to give a film with excellent antistatic property,washability,and little influence by the humidity.The results of the TG test showed that the antistatic UV curing coating possesses remarkable thermal stability.
