摘要
团学活动是一种有益于学生成长、成才的校园文化,在大学教育中占有重要地位,发挥着课堂教学难以达到的作用。由于理工科院系学生自身的特点,团学活动的吸引力日益渐微。如何有效地在理工科院系开展团学活动,成为众多团学工作者探索的重要课题。当前理工科院团学活动应坚持自愿性、自主性、创新性的原则,并从加强团学活动与专业的联系,不断提升团学活动的质量,丰富团学活动内容等方面来增强理工科团学活动的吸引力。
Group learning activities,being some kind of campus culture beneficial to students’ growth and development,play an important role in college education and play a function that class teaching can never replace. However,because of the characteristics of students themselves in departments of science and engineering,the attraction of group learning activities has been weaker and weaker.How to take group learning activities efficiently in these departments has been an essential research issue that many researchers try to explore.Group learning activities should insist on voluntary,independent and innovative principles,and focus on the following aspects to enhance attraction of group learning activities in departments of science and engineering:reinforcing the connection between learning activities and specialties,promoting continuously the quality of group learning activities,and enriching the contents of these activities.
