摘要
采用页岩为基础原料,按照一定的配比添加一定细度的植物纤维(水稻、玉米等农作物的秸秆废弃物)作为造孔剂,经过成型和焙烧等工艺步骤,研发出一种轻质高强、保温隔热性能良好的页岩烧结微孔砖。对材料进行XRD分析,并对烧结样品进行物理性能和SEM分析,结果表明:页岩的化学成分适宜制备页岩烧结微孔砖,烧成温度范围为850~1000℃;随着造孔剂掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度和导热系数降低。
Using shale as the basic raw material,adding plant fiber(such as paddy, corn and other crops straw wastes) ot cer- tain fineness according to certain proportion as pore-forming agent,after forming and roasting process steps,developed a lightweight and high strength shale sintered porous brick with good thermal insulating properties. In the experiment,XRD analysis,physical performance analysis and SEM electron microscope scanning analysis of materials were carried out. The results show that the chemical composition of shale is suitable for the preparation of shale siutered mieroporous brick,shale sintering temperature range is 850-1000 ℃,along with the content of straw powder increases,the compressive strength and thermal conductivity decreases.
