摘要
随着城市的发展和更新,曾经在城市中占据重要地位的老工业厂房由于工厂的外迁和产业结构的调整逐渐成为城市中的废弃建筑,一些老厂房被改造为文化创意园区并重获新生。本文对福州厂房改造类文创园进行调研后发现这些文创园人气不足,空间缺乏活力,通过对这些文创园的空间业态、空间形式和建筑改造手法进行具体分析研究,总结出导致空间活力缺失的原因和重塑空间活力的设计策略。
With the cities＇expansion and renewal, old industrial buildings which once were of great importance in the city are being abandoned due to the transfer of the factories and the industry restructuring. Some of them are renovated and reborn as creative industry parks. After investigating on the creative industry parks renovated from industrial buildings in Fuzhou, a deficiency in popularity and spatial vitality is discovered. By analyzing the commercial types, spatial form and renovation methods in the creative industry parks, this article summarized the reasons of spatial vitality deficiency, and the design strategies to rebuild spatial vitality.
