摘要
受社会发展、人口转变等一般因素,及计划生育等特殊因素的影响,从本世纪初开始,出生率下降,人口寿命提高,我国逐步进入人口老龄化时代。老年人居住问题涉及到千家万户,银色浪潮直接影响着每个家庭,每个人。不同于在物质财富达到一定程度后才进入老龄化阶段的大部分发达国家,我国在物质累积相对不足的情况下就已经逐步进入这个阶段。大力营造适宜老年人的居住环境、是改善老龄化危机的重要举措。本文着眼于居家养老模式,对养老住宅室内设计问题展开研究。
From the beginning of this century, by the social development, population change, family planning and other factors, along with the decline in the birth rate, population life expectancy, China running into the era of population aging. Silver Tide directly affects every family, every person. Unlike in most developed countries that have reached the stage of aging after the material wealth has reached a certain level, China has gradually entered this stage under the condition of relative shortage of material accumulation. It is an important measure to improve the living environment of the elderly and improve the aging crisis. This paper focuses on the model of home care, and studies the interior design of pension homing.
