摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性。方法选取本院所收治的100例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,同期健康体检者100例作为对照组,对两组受检者的血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平进行测定,并对观察组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度进行测定。结果观察组患者的Hcy及Lp-PLA2均显著升高,与对照组比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的IMT为(1.39±0.53)mm,与Hcy具有显著正相关性(r=0.431,P<0.01)与Lp-PLA2具有显著正相关性(r=0.318,P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度具有正相关性。联合检测血浆Hcy与Lp-PLA2水平,能够作为急性脑梗死患者病情发展的严重程度、临床治疗效果及预后评估的重要参数。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2, plasma homocysteine level and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group. 100 cases of healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 and plasma homocysteine and the carotid intima-media thickness of the subjects in the observation group was measured. Results The levels of Hcy and Lp-PLA2 in the plasma of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between IMT (1.39 ± 0.53) mm and Hey (r=0.431, P〈0.01) and Lp-PLA2 (r=0.318, P〈0.01). Conclusion Sermn lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 and plasma homocysteine levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction are positively correlated with carotid intima-media thickness, Combined detection of plasma Hcy and Lp-PLA2 levels, can be used as acute cerebral infarction in patients with the severity of disease development, clinical treatment and prognosis of the important parameters of assessment.
