摘要
目的探讨对多囊卵巢综合征患者中医药治疗过程中,彩色多普勒超声评价其治疗效果价值的研究。方法选取我院2014年12月—2017年5月(本项目已从2014年12月开始)收治的160例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象。所有患者均进行临床中医药治疗,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪器对患者的临床治疗前后情况进行专业评价,评价内容不仅包括患者子宫以及卵巢变化情况,还包括卵泡以及相关血流动力学变化情况等。结果治疗前后,患者在子宫内膜平均厚度和成熟卵泡数量等方面对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,且患者在子宫螺旋动脉RI与PI以及卵巢间质动脉RI与PI方面对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,患者在性激素含量变化方面对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征患者中医药临床治疗过程中,使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪器不仅可以有效观察到患者卵泡发育情况,还能有效掌握卵巢变化情况以及相关血流动力学变化情况,为多囊卵巢综合征患者临床有效治疗提供重要依据,可以促进患者早日康复,应用效果显著。
Objective To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 160 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected from our hospital from December 2014 to May 2017 （this project has been started since December 2014）. All the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments were used to evaluate the clinical status of the patients before and after the treatment, the evaluation included not only the patient＇s uterus, but also the ovaries, follicular and related hemodynamic changes are also included. Results Before and after the treatment, the patients were compared with the average endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, the patients were compared with RI and PI in the uterine spiral arteries, RI and PI in the ovarian interstitial arteries, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, the patients were compared with the changes of sex hormones, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, the color Doppler ultrasonography not only can effectively observe the follicular development of the patients, which can also effectively grasp the changes in ovary and related hemodynamic changes, to provide an important basis for the effective, treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, to promote the early recovery of patients. The application effect is remarkable.
