摘要
目的人才队伍建设是科研实验室建设成败的关键,人才培养和团队建设是其中的重中之重。方法正视与一流科研实验室差距,开展多方面工作推动实验室人才培养。(1)加强学术水平建设:承办学术会议,加强学术交流;开展学术讲座;建设科研信息数据库。(2)人才支持计划:有计划地选派科研实验室骨干到国外高水平大学和科研院所学习、交流,为科研实验室长远发展储备优秀人才。(3)培养高层次人才:建设硕博士研究生工作室,规范化培养,因材施教提高学生的实践能力和创新能力。结果上述项目的实施能够促进人才培养和团队建设,完善科研实验室队伍结构,提高科研实验室整体素质、协作精神和发展潜力。结论上述团队建设和人才培养的运行机制,目的明确、效果确实、可行性强,具有推广应用的价值。
Objective The construction of personnel team is the key to the success of the construction of scientific research laboratories, and personnel training and team building are among the most important. Methods Face the gap with the first-class scientific research laboratory, and carry out various work to promote the training of laboratory talents. (1) strengthening academic level construction: undertaking academic conferences, strengthening academic exchanges, conducting academic lectures and building scientific research information databases. (2) personnel support plan: plans to select the backbone of research laboratories to foreign high- level universities and research institutes to learn and exchange, and reserve outstanding personnel for the long-term development of scientific research laboratories. (3) training high-level personnel: building master and doctoral graduate studio, standardized training, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, improving students' practical ability and innovative ability. Results The implementation of these projects can promote personnel training and team building, improve the team structure of scientific research laboratories, improve the overall quality of scientific research laboratories, the spirit of collaboration and development potential. Conclusion The operation mechanism of team building and personnel training is clear, effective and feasible, and has the value of popularization and application.
