摘要
中医骨伤科研究生是中医药人才的重要来源,中医骨伤科推拿手法教学是培养优秀的中医骨伤科医生,做好中医骨伤科传承教育的重要环节,教学存在诸多难点和困难;本研究通过分析推拿手法教学中骨伤科研究生特点,结合对刘寿山手法治疗的传承教学,通过对正骨教学的经验进行选择性编排,开展相关疾病的横向与纵向联系与延伸,以气血走行和功能解剖为中心,通过现场演示,播放录像等规模化、规范化培养,指导学生细心观察,仔细揣摩,刻苦训练,促进学生更快地达成培养目标,使中医药传承模式得到了不断创新,实现了科研、信息技术及文献挖掘与传承相结合。
Study on orthopedic doctors is an important source of the talents of traditional Chinese medicine, orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine massage teaching is to cultivate excellent Chinese medicine orthopeglic doctor, do important part of Traumatology inheritance education teaching, there are many difficulties and hardships; we analyze the massage teaching of orthopedics graduate, combined with the teaching of Liu Shoushan inheritance manual therapy, selective arrangement based on the setting of teaching experience, and the transverse and longitudinal extension contact to carry out related diseases, blood running and functional anatomy as the center, through live demonstrations, broadcast video and other large- scale, standardized training, guiding students to observe carefully, carefully try to figure out, hard training, promote the students faster to reach the goal, the inheritance pattern of traditional Chinese medicine has been continuously innovation, realize the mining and inheritance of scientific research, information technology combined with literature.
