摘要
目的探讨将EBME引入重症医学科临床实习教学中的优势与作用。方法将2012级52名实习学生随机分为传统教学组26人和采用EBME教学组26人,实验组进行EBME教学,对照组进行传统教学方法。结果实验组学生的理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩、查阅文献能力、评价分析能力、临床思维能力、知识运用能力、授课满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EBME优于传统教学方法,在重症医学科临床教学中得到了较好的应用。
Objective To explore the advantages and effects of evidence-based medical education model (EBME) in clinical practice teaching of critical care medical. Methods 52 students of Grade 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional teaching group (n=26) and the EBME teaching group (n=26). The experimental group received EBME teaching and the traditional group received traditional teaching methods. Results The results of the experimental group students' theoretical knowledge score, score of ease analysis, literature evaluation ability, analysis ability and clinical thinking ability, knowledge ability, teaching satisfaction were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The mode of EBME is superior to the traditional teaching mode and has been applied in clinical teaching of critical care medical.
